Online Purchase Returns

Fab Baby Gear has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in unused condition, with receipt: within 7 days for a full refund, exchange, or online store credit or within 30 days for an exchange or online store credit. Gift receipt returns are eligible for exchange or online store credit only. Sale and special order items are FINAL SALES and may not be returned. We do not accept returns without a receipt nor after 30 days from receipt of purchase. Returned special order items will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

To Return Web Purchases By Mail:

1. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging.
2. Include the completed Returns Invoice and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note:

• ALL SHIPPING CHARGES are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping will be applied to exchanges.
• Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

To Return Web Purchases To A Store Location:

1. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging.
2. Bring the completed Returns Invoice with you.
3. Your return will be documented by store staff and processed within 72 hours. Store staff are not able to process web returns.

Store Credits:

• Store credits issued in-store may be redeemed at either in-store location, but not online. Please specify at the time of return whether you would prefer a web or in-store credit note. Thank you!!
