At Fab Baby Gear we realize that getting out to shop when your expecting or have a new baby can be difficult. We try to make it a little easier by offering shipping within Canada and worldwide on purchases made on our website and in-store. Here at Fab Baby Gear we're interested in protecting our environment, so we ship orders in recycled boxes whenever possible.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders that total $150 or more before taxes and after any discounts. Oversize item surcharges will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping to Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories at this time. Orders shipping internationally are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If you have any special shipping instructions or requests, be sure to note them in the comments box in the shipping section of checkout.
Shipping Times
To Major Urban Centers:
- Local: Up to 2 days
- Regional: Up to 3 days
- National: Up to 7 days
To Non-Major Urban Centers:
- Local: Up to 2 days
- Regional: Up to 4 days
- National: Up to 11 days
To Northern and Remote Area:
- Regional: Up to 6 days
- National: Up to 13 days
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by region and will be automatically generated at checkout. Our rates include insurance coverage, tracking information, and fuel surcharges. GST will be applied to all shipping charges. Oversize items are subject to a surcharge which will be displayed at checkout. All products to which a surcharge applies are clearly marked on their product page. The tables below display our base shipping rates.

International Shipments
Cross-border shipments may incur customs and/or brokerage fees. These charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be incurred by Fab Baby Gear. Likewise any customs or brokerage fees applied to international returns will be the responsibility of the returner.
Special Orders
Items which are special order only are clearly marked as such on their product page. In general all orders ship complete. Therefore if an order contains both special order and regular items the entire order will ship when the special order items are available. It is possible for you to receive you order in two shipments; however shipping will be charged accordingly. If you prefer to receive your items in two shipments please be sure to specify this in the comment box in the shipping section of checkout.
